Meet &
Greet Procedures
Denver International Airport
Limousine services are not allowed to meet and greet
customers at the baggage carousels at D.I.A. Please call our
office upon arrival to obtain your chauffeur's phone number.
Please have pen and paper handy.

Gather ALL luggage and
EVERYONE in party.

Call your chauffeur once
you have ALL of your luggage.

The odd numbered doors
(i.e. 511) are on the east side of the terminal and the
even numbered doors (i.e. 506) are on the west side of
the terminal.

Go out either door
depending on which side your respective carousel is
located; east side or west

Walk across two lanes of
traffic by the booth that has a sign on it that reads
"LIMO".
-
The chauffeur will be at
the pickup location in about 4-5 minutes. If there is a
problem tell the airport personnel inside the booth that
RJ LIMO is making the pickup.

As a backup plan, the
personnel will call the commercial ground transportation
holding lot and dispatch the driver. The vehicle will
arrive within 5 minutes.
YOU
MUST HAVE ALL OF THE PEOPLE AND LUGGAGE IN YOUR PARTY. WE
ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SIT AND WAIT. THIS WILL CAUSE FURTHER
DELAYS.
Vail- Eagle Airport
Upon exiting the secured area on your way to the baggage
carousels your chauffeur will be waiting at the opposite end
of the baggage carousels. If you do not see your chauffeur
please call our toll-free number below.
